Product arrived in a thin bag, bag was ripped open, product was showing. Not happy a relatively expense item was packaged so poorly. Item could have been easily damaged or stolen in transit. It was in transit several days. I blame both the shipper and UPS Ground service. Luckily, the tool was not damaged and seems to work. Not sure i would order from this seller again...otherwise, i am very happy with the Dewalt tool. I can see why now it has so many positive reviews. ... show more

This tool is a beast!!! I had to cut through 8 inches of concrete under the foundation, and this handled the job easily. It was a very tight space and I had to use one arm to reach under and with a little pressure is cut through. Very happy with it. Also had to secure walls to the floor and it just goes right through. I have purchased several different tools from Dewalt to use at work, the versatility of the batteries being able to use on every tool makes my job easier. I do a lot of small projects so the versatility of tools from Dewalt makes it easier and the fact that I only have to carry 1 or 2 batteries to operate 4 0r 5 different tools at a time saves me time and trips carrying tools from project to office and the fact that I don't have to worry about having electricity helps. The charging unit recharges my batteries fairly quickly and last a long time . I still have batteries that was purchased in 2021 that still hold a great charge ... show more
