I read an article on butyrate and did research it further to increase my understanding of it, which led to Tributyrin and its many benefits for health -- lots of research papers are out there on it. This brand stood out from the rest. The capsules are easy to swallow, they have no flavor, and seem like a good value. I've included it in my morning supplement regimen and take one capsule with food along vitamins C, D3, and K2-MK7 I've dissolved in flax oil. I have found that I have to have some form of butyrate or butyrate precusor. I think this worked better than butyrate, itself; for me. I like that it doesn't have the added calcium or magnesium butyrate usually comes with and since it is something I have to take to keep my intestines from cramping and flaring up, it is a lot more cost effective than the other. ... show more

I will definitely purchase this again. I have noticed a difference in my stomach. I had a constant burning which has improved with use. I am also using a probiotic along with it. I will also leave a review for that. Both of them have helped more than the meds I was taking.

I got this as a back up to my usual product that my doctor prescribes for me. It is ok, but I feel it minimally improves my acid reflux at best. On the plus side, no side effects or bad after taste with these, so that's good!
