Let me start by saying, yes this product works on hole like scars. The texture is like a thin rubber. If you have acne scars or pit scars this might work well for you, I wouldn’t recommend it for wrinkles. I wish I could say this product is a total miracle, it has its draw backs. After a while the edges can start to flake a little bit, making it more obvious. -but for me the flaking still looks better than the scar that I have. Also, it advertises a 1 month supply, but only comes with 10 of the single use applicator tips (so if you actually want to use it every day for a month no this does not come with a month supply). It’s worth it to me, I’ll probably buy it again, but don’t get your hopes up for a miracle. It’s also very easy to use. I have acne scars that I was hoping this product would conceal or at least appear less noticeable. I apply makeup every day so I'm not a novice but you need to be a professional makeup artist to work with it. I totally agree with one other reviewer that you can't use anywhere on your face where there's movement - particularly your mouth as it will just crack and start to peel. The adapter is not easy to work with - mine may even be defective as I couldn't squeeze it out like demonstrated. When you try to put it on another surface to work with it, it gets gummy right away. When applied, the skin feels sticky and tacky. It didn't do anything to conceal my acne scars where I was able to get it on. I honestly can't say one good thing about this product. If you still decide to purchase, I am fair skinned and the fair shade was very close to my skin tone. Also, all the videos I watched say to apply patch for 30 seconds but product recommends 2 minutes. After 30 seconds it tends to come off onto patch. ... show more

I was hesitant on purchasing this product because of all the mixed reviews. I added photos, the first picture is my scar the second picture is my first attempt at using this product (so far my best attempt) I squirted the product into a small cup and used the tooth pick to fill the scar (don’t over fill) then used the pad. Third picture I squirted the product directly into my scar and used the flat stick to smooth. The only thing I dislike about the product is that your only given 10 applicators for the price. I found all the reviews I read about dermaflage to be pretty accurate. This stuff is VERY difficult to apply and if you don’t do it well it can make your skin look much worse not better. However, if you’re good at this kind of stuff and you figure it out it really works and evens out your skin, stays on well, and looks natural while hiding your scar. It will likely take a few tries for you to get it right and you’re likely to waste a bunch of product. If it works on your first time you’re either a pro or a miracle worker. It dries VERY quickly even when you put it in the fridge so you have to work both quickly and accurately. After a few attempts I ended up happy with the result and will likely repurchase it once I run out. ... show more

I bought this because I had two surgeries on my face for skin cancer. One scar is very large. This product is horrible and is now in the trash. Instead of covering the scar - it turned into chunks of silicone on top of the scar. Please don’t waste your money like I did!
