Such a wonderful solid cat tree! NOT fabric and cloth, but real wood and carpet. A lovely color, too! The price is fabulous, fast shipping, arrived days earlier than expected! I like the high sides on the beds so kitties don’t roll off. It is well-made and way easier to assemble, compared to the cardboard style with wrenches. This just screws together … the main screws are already attached! . Wonderful. I highly recommend!!! I will buy again! ... show more

    • Good looking, sturdy cat tree, but assembly is difficult.

I would recommend this cat tree once you manage to attach the top level. It is sturdy, nice-looking, and the "beds" are perfect for large (or small) cats. However, pay attention to other reviews. The carpet quality is not as good as that of some trees we own, and there is no carpet on the bottoms of the lower two beds, which makes the edges easy for cats to shred. The real problem though is attaching the top bed. It comes with four screws sticking up in the middle of it. The idea is simple: attach the top bed to the wooden post. However, as other reviewers have noted, the holes are not pre-drilled, and the solid wooden post is VERY solid. Neither we nor a power drill could get the screws into the post, so we screwed them through the top level, lined them up on the post, marked, and then pre-drilled holes in order to screw the screws tight. Even then, screwing the screws tight was difficult. I don't understand why the company can't send the tree assembled except that would require a bigger (wider) box which would no doubt cost more for them to ship. The cats like the tree, but I would hesitate to order from this company again if "some assembly is required." ... show more

I have so many of these 3 cup cat trees in my house, the cats love them. This newet model has an opening in the top cup, not just the usual small notch out, which I think my cats are enjoying. Our two 20 lbs cats are a tight fit in the large cups, but they sleep quite comfortably in them. So there is plenty of room for "normal" sized cats. These are quality made with real wood posts, and very thick good quality particle board making up the bottoms of the cups and base. The speckle color choice of carpeting is really nice and appealing to the eye, and also seems softer than the other colors of carpet-of which I have brown beige, and grey. This is a good climbing and scratching piece of furniture for cats, and the sisal wrapped posts can be rewrapped, once your cats go through the original. It's fairly sturdy, but I recommend placing this against a wall, or in a corner. If your cats are anything like mine, they could tip it when they run a leap crazily, if it is not against a wall. ... show more

Good Quality cat tree and my cat loves it but I wish the vendor would add another 7 inches in length on the shipping box and send it out totally assembled or put pilot holes in the bottom of the top bed and matching holes in the top post to make assembly faster and easier and make the top bed as stable as the bottom two. ... show more

    • Super easy build, solid cat tree. Totally recommend.

Fairly sturdy item, best against a wall or in a corner if cats are large or hyper because base is not huge... but SUPER happy with quality for the price. Took less than 10 minutes to put together - not at all complicated or hard. If you have mobility issues or arthritis, you can still easily build this. Ship box is heavy/big... but you can take box off and move pieces if the weight is hard for you. I'm buying two more :) ... show more
