As far as I can tell this is a fairly excellent deal. It is a fully functioning, refurbished computer with Windows 10. The entire thing is technically a steal as it comes with tower, keyboard, mouse & mouse pad, monitor, cables and even and RGB remote. I purchased this as it was for a virtual job interview for a remote job. Worked great with teams and my existing LogiTech headset. The speed on the boot time is impressive, think a couple of seconds. The goodish: At first I really liked this computer, I got it for some at home work and gaming (Minecraft & Valorant). It was great for work. Minecraft lagged badly in Java but once I switched to the windows/bedrock version it played smoother. Valorant seemed to play good but I don’t have great internet so it’s hard to tell & the PC would occasionally crash mid game leading to afk offenses. One thing to note is that the monitor it came with was a wall monitor, I knew there was variations to what monitor you could get but there was no info about it possibly being a wall monitor. It was actually kind of nice for me but if you live in a place that can’t have a wall monitor keep in mind it’s possible for it to come with one that only works on the wall. The very bad: As mentioned before it would occasionally crash completely powering down but it would always boot back up and work fine after. About 6 months after I got it the pc crashed mid use, I went to turn it back on and it popped up with a screen saying the PC needed to be recovered with a special disk. I looked up the error code and saw that sometimes that is caused by a usb or power cord not being properly connected and to unplug all cords and check their connection. I did this and In doing this found that the power cord (sent with the computer originally) had melted. For background I only use the computer 4-6 hours at max in a day and had only had the computer on for about an hour when this happened so if I was using this full time for work instead of just occasional projects I don’t know how this pc would have held up. I reached out to the pc seller and after about a week of trying to get in contact (calling and them never picking up or calling me back, them insisting on calling me and then not) they told me to simply pick up a new standard 3 prong power cord. I was obviously worried that there was a bigger issue that would lead to the pc melting a cord but did what they said. They didn’t tell me any other details like what voltage requirements it needed so I looked around and got one that matched the voltage that most on the market are, that didn’t work. I looked at the original cord and it had a different requirement and after scouring the web found one that matched it and tried it however that didn’t work either with the computer only having a flashing orange power light/nothing on screen/and the fan running loud. I then reached out to the seller again and told them this and they said to take it to a local computer repair person because my warranty had ended. Luckily I had gotten the extra asurion protection plan. I called their tech support and they told me that this usually means that the power supply unit has failed and I would need to file a claim to get a refund. I’m glad I got the protection plan but this means packing up a pc, monitor, keyboard, and mouse and shipping it to asurion in order to get an Amazon gift card refund. Bottom line I’m in shock that in only 6 months of owning this pc the power supply unit failed and on top of that the customer support was incredibly lacking once I did experience issues. ... show more

Recieved very quickly after ordering. All the specs match after booting up. Monitor is decent. Tower is smaller then I expected, a plus for me. Keyboard and mouse are hardwired USB plug in, they feel very cheap, but seem to function well for now. Sound bar(I didn't know came with it) works ok- there's no bass to it, but great for a little speaker. Tower is very quiet, hopefully it can keep cool. So far so good though ... show more

It runs well considering it only cost $230 but, my right speaker does not work and the light on top does not change colors. Maybe I connected it wrong but I just think it came broken. The Pc however seems to be running fine for the first day I have it. I don’t plan on playing video games on it like “R6 or Fortnite.” Bc I don’t think it could handle those games but for work purposes for school so far it has done its part quite well. Again I paid $230. Considering the price I say this is a win. But, it has only been 1 day so things could change. Finally thoughts. If you want something to do your school work on I think this is good considering it’s not too expensive and is not extremely slow(sometimes slow) but it does it’s job. However if you’re looking for something to actually play video games on I recommend putting down at least $1000 on something specific built for that suit. Customer support is there for you, they will respond quickly, a live agent will contact you and will answer any questions you may have. Speakers don't work. Called 800 number they said I had to buy a new set myself, only the ones they sent me the link too, then they would give me a refund via Amazon gift card. The speakers can't even be delivered to my address it says. Not a good experience. That's not good customer service. I guess since it doesn't completely work as promised I should return it. I also have concerns about the computer. I can't add Google as my home page. Only edge to drive the computer. It is slow. I am concerned it won't last. It is very noisy. If the speakers would have worked and I didn't have the concerns I do, it might be a good deal. I think the setup seemed easy. The wifi was tricky for my husband to get working. There is a card required but included. Read everything before you go to set it up. ... show more
