I ordered this computer for my daughter for Christmas. After she set t up, it ran extra slow. There was information from 2006 still on the computer. It said that it needed an update but would Not update. The computer was unusable. Her Christmas wasn't good. This is my second purchase from BLAIR Technology. My first purchase had a monitor that was missing a piece of the inside of the area where the plug goes in. It was unusable. They did refund me for the monitor. 3 months in the sound stopped working and it caused me to not be able to work from home. I tried to contact them with no success. I will never purchase from this company again and I don't recommend you to purchase from them. ... show more

I knew I was buying cheap but the monitor came in and was an obvious manufacturer defect(black spray all over the screen and buttons, and plastic parts that don’t quite fit.) Computer works great and the Chinese keyboard and mouse work fine, obviously you will get what you pay for, and I’m sure the desktop will do its job for me. ... show more

I purchased this computer a little over 2 months ago for school work and small games. I went to get some stuff done today and got a hard drive failure code which ,after looking up, is either dead or going to die. The computer will not boot up for me to get all my files off of it. The hard drive is supposedly “brand new” or “up to the standards for a rebuild” according to the manufacturer. Not happy ... show more
