We were worried about all the reviews on almost all wall panels about the adhesive failing. We did nothing extra to put these on the wall and none of them have fallen for several months now. In fact, when we were installing them, I decided to change one and it took some strength to remove it. The adhesive is unique and really works well. The quality is top notch in my opinion. Even when cutting them, they look like they were professionally cut to fit (around light switches, corners, or windows). We used them to break up a room with solid white walls so the LED’s stayed true to color. The tall walls were too boring, and these panels did a great job of adding depth and sound proofing. Simple peel and stick! This product seems to have some great adhesion. I’m curious on how well it will stick after being in the hottest part of the room for months with an air conditioner off, but as for right now it looks and works great! The air return for my house is in the top of my living room. This causes excessive noise In my living room when trying to talk or watch TV. After installing these panels, I have noticed a clear difference in noise reduction. And with a little creativity, I was able to add some color and style to the room. With the hexagon shape and the beveled edges, it was easy to install these panels and hide mistakes. The adhesive seems very strong and is quite difficult to remove off of flat walls. I have to do some research and purchase two different brands to get the color scheme that I wanted yet I do not have any issue with the outcome. They look great, but I don't think they absorb that much sound. You can still hear some echo in our recordings, but at least they look good. My husband and I got creative with some designs and the wall looks pretty cool. If you are needing a quick, simple, way of controlling room acoustics then here's your ticket! For cost and effectiveness it doesn't get much easier. For walls or ceiling, you simply peal and place the panels where you need sound absorption the most. They do help with absorption of low-frequency sounds that can reverberate within your Theater/Music Room. So, if you have hard walls and/or floors where sound is bouncing all over the place, these panels do cut it down. The only down side was I did have to purchase another pack, and will most likely get one more to tighten up my sound just a tad more. I used this product to help control the sound that carries upstairs from the basement. It's a finished basement that's fully furnished. With my kids practicing their instruments, this product helped dampen the sound going upstairs. It also helped that I had additional furniture added in the basement to adsorb more sound. I bought these panels for my sons room. They are very well made, very sturdy and have great adhesive. But unfortunately it does not absorb the sound as much as I would've wanted it to. Maybe if I would double or tripple the panels I would get a better result. I'll share fotos soon.
