We have only used this for two days, so if I don't update this review I still give it 5 stars. Purchased the rc truck for my son for Christmas. I was first shocked how small it was, only becuase I did not read through the measurements. Don't let the size derail your purchase. The first two days of owning, we think it's the best RC toy he has ever had for the price. He is 11 and that was his words not mine, but I agree. Super fast, super fun and great price. The suspension is awesome all the little parts are like a real off road vehicle. They give you little tools and extra clips if you loss the clips which we lost by the 3rd drive. They give you two batteries, so can charge one while while you drive. The guys that engineered this little toy really deserve kudos cuz they thought of everything from a little kid to an adult of the fun of drive an RC car. We don't really like working on RC cars but so far in 2 days we don't have to, but they made it to where it looks like you can repair it, if you break it. If you like working on them this is pretty cool also. Attached in the Box is a full diagram of where every part and how it fits together. This is a super cool purduct for kids from 10 to 70 years old. Im 56 years old and love driving this truck. If the price stays the same I will purchase one for my self. The media could not be loaded. Summary: This is an excellent little RC Car for kids and adults for the price. You get 2 batteries so you have probably 30-40 minutes of play time. You can turn the speed up and down which helps in learning how to control the car. I personally flipped this one twice and it did not cause any damage. I would highly recommend this RC Car to someone that wants to play around. Overview: I don't consider myself an expert in RC Cars. They are fun to play with especially with the kids. The kids enjoy playing around with it. Car: It is a very nice car. Made with the same quality as other products from this company. Pins hold the body on and extras are included. The car is 4 wheel drive and can easily drive through thick grass on the higher speed settings. The handling is very good. I don't see how you could go wrong with buying this car especially at this price. The only issue, and not really an issue, since this car as a short wheel base it turns very quickly. However this can be controlled on the controller. Everything is included in the box that you need, including instructions. You can purchased additional parts in case something breaks. I will be giving this to my 9 year old for Christmas. Controller: It is a standard control. You can adjust the speed, steering speed and the wheel trip from the controller. Let's look at the user journey and pros and cons for each step: open the package -> take battery out to charge -> charge battery -> put battery back and get the car ready -> turn on receiver and car -> drive -> turn off car and receiver 1. Open the package - pretty standard packaging, but the first thing you notice is how cheap the car shell is; it is a thin piece of plastic that could be easily bent/break. The car body looks more sturdy. 2. Take battery out - the piece of plastic that holds down the battery if not well made. It took some force to remove, something a kid probably can't do alone (this may be intentional for safety reasons?) 3. Charge the battery - initial charge was pretty fast, but subsequence charge too lot longer 4. Get the car ready - the battery cover and the car shell are held in place by some small clips, and they are not the easiest to clip 5. Turn on receiver and car - the on/off button for the car is placed under the car shell, and you have to bend the shell slightly to get to the button; this could be a potential risk for kids to cut their fingers (again, the shell is just a think plastic piece); however, the pairing process is very fast, as soon as the receiver and the car are turned on, the car is ready to go 6. Drive - this is where most of the pros come in: easy to learn, easy to control, intuitive, big wheels really help with getting over small bumps, spring system works well, having a bumper on the front really helps with crashing into things ... show more

i bought this 1 -deerc 9310 and the "BEZGAR TM141 RC Cars 1:14 S". about same price but this deerc has much better steering control AND on remote the adj. speed control where the bezbar does not have. i assume the are different companys but this DEERC much better deal. so much i decided to buy another deerc. THE DEERC battery last a little longer too. but my 1 appeared to be little more and I THINK DEERC HAS MADE A NEWER MODEL WHICH I BOUGHTDEERC 9500E. these cars are so fun, last about 40-50 min and REALLY, REALLY, REALLY DURABLE. i am 51 and bought 2 for my 2 sons, 19yr and 8 yr so thats why i bought another. best on concrete, VERY FUN AND ME DO RACES. I THINK ANY person would loves these as gifts. THE NEWER DEERC 9500E IS ALSO FASTER and easier to charge. the bezgar great car but not as good. ... show more

    • Great little truck at a good price
The media could not be loaded. DEERC 9310 Little beast! This little car is a beast! It handles different off road terrain very well, rarely gets stuck and zooms on the pavement. It has 4wd, proportional speed and proportional steering, and it has a speed trim adjustment so you can turn it down for kids, learning or just to prevent breaking traction on slick surfaces. My neighbor brought out his $400 Traxxas car & we were tearing around together. The Traxxas is bigger, a little faster and had better suspension; but I nearly kept up and took all the same jumps for a fraction of the cost. And my battery lasts a little longer. And I have a second battery! 90% of the fun for 20% of the cost! I would expect a little 4wd well under $100 would be made with parts that would easily break, but I have been putting this truck through some abuse, and apart from some scuffs on the body, there has been no damage and no broken parts. Be sure and check out the video of this great little truck. I have been really enjoying the DEERC 9310 and recommend it for anyone. ... show more
