I get western sun for the majority of the day and these curtains are working out great. The room is definitely dark. Do not get that confused with blackout. The fabric is really nice and barely any folding wrinkles from packaging. I chose the brown and the color is still brown against the bright sunlight. No discoloration. These look good, and do an excellent job blocking out the light. We have a lot of streetlights outside our bedroom window, and the regular window blinds just weren't cutting it. I had actually bought some solid black blackout curtains previously, which were ok. But really made our bedroom look ominous. Bought these as a replacement, and I was worried that the lighter color wouldn't block as much light. They turned out to be great! And because the slide over the curtain rod, instead of having big holes to thread the rod through they block out more light than the black curtains I had purchased previously from a different company. These also come with some small Velcro straps for securing the curtains when you open them. They work great, and really makes the hole set-up look classy AF. (Just store them someone where you won't lose them, we put them in a bedside table right near the window) So all in all a good purchase, have been getting great sleep since buying these. ... show more

I bought a set of the dark green ones in the 84” length for a sliding glass door in my eat-in kitchen for privacy and light blocking. Put them up today. They look great and match the color scheme perfectly. I bought another set in the same size for the window that has blinds but I still want the privacy and light blocking they provide. These curtain are perfect for our baby’s nursery room. The color is a nice tan/beige color & the material is surprisingly thick. Note that they are not completely blackout as seen in the attached photo. For us, it is just enough room darkening for baby’s naps. Out of the package they were a bit wrinkled & I have yet to de-wrinkle them, but honestly doesn’t look too bad for now. For 2 panels I would say it’s definitely inexpensive & worth it. ... show more
