Would be 5 star with non gelatin capsule

Once I learnef how gelatin is made. I started looking for alternatives to the supplements were taking. I've moved over several to vegan products because they avoid gelatin and the capsules are plant based. Otherwise I'd stay with this. Good product and pricing. Too bad.

A great supplement for elderly

I've been buying this for my mom for couple of years now. She lives in a northern state, and doesn't go out of the house often (bad joints), so getting vitamin D from a supplement is CRUCIAL for overall health. I've tried different brands, but this one does the job the best, so far. The capsules are
very small and easy to swallow; and it includes vit K which is an extra bonus (you have to take them together for maximum effect).
