This product smelled old or just like basic soap. Not a typical Davines product. I wish I would have returned it. I have many Davines products that I would rate A++++ and this one is a fail. Didn't really do a lot for my hair either. :(

So I love this product; however, I see it is now more than half the price it was last time I bought it - plus it has this disclaimer: Premium Brand Sourced We work closely with your favorite premium beauty brands and their approved resellers to ensure the premium products sold in our stores are authentic. I use this shampoo as well as a purple shampoo to minimize brassiness in my bleached blonde hair. It seems to work well, and the fragrance is not offensive
