I bought this Belgian waffle maker as a gift to my parents for Christmas. The LED light went out a few months later and I called customer service. I explained what happened and with no other questions they sent me a replacement waffle maker it's nice to see a company back up its product thank you and I will definitely buy from dash again. Also this thing makes amazing Belgian waffles with the Krusteaz Belgian waffle mix following the instructions and cooking the waffles for 2 minutes and 20 seconds they come out light and fluffy with a little crispy exterior. ... show more

The waffles come out very nice , quick, very thick , fluffy. , nice drip pan , easy to use , store and clean. I rate 3 stars because the light to tell you when to flip becomes a guessing game at times and it's not very sturdy.
