Very nice baker! I'm so happy that they've re-released the Dansk Kobenstyle line and have been picking up pieces (both new and vintage) as I can. This baker heats evenly and cleanup is simple because of the enameled coating. This is a pretty large baking dish, suitable for a big casserole or mac and cheese for a family of 6. bought it for myself, but my mom ended up being the one that uses it the most, made great soups in these. Very easy to clean, not so heavy, and aesthetically pleasing. The only thing is I wish it came with a heat protective handle so I don't have to use a tea towel every time to open the lid or hold the handles. Really cute and I use it a lot - It's a medium size and can reheat soup / beans and steam veggies well for a small family. Looks great on the table. The trivet lid doesn't work well if you had the lid on to cook - It obviously gets hot and steam collects in the lid. Not something you want to throw down on the table if you've used it for cooking. I ordered this with some trepidation since many reviewers said their item arrived chipped, but decided to buy it because it is beautifully designed and seemed to fit our wish to warm milk before frothing it for Italian-style coffee. We are so glad we did!
