This is by far the best neck massager I have come across. I first bought the 3d shiatsu type with the large shoulder straps that you sort of hang on to and didn’t find that massage comfortable or helpful; it was also bulky and heavy. This device, however, is better in every way. It’s lightweight, portable, and actually feels like somebody is using their hands to massage your neck and shoulders. After about 5-7 minutes, when I took off the device, my neck was noticeably less tense and I felt very relaxed. The price is also fantastic for the value. Most of the time, these types of devices fall short of expectations but this device actually exceeded mine. I couldn’t believe just how well it mimics a human hand.     • Nice movement but not strong enough
I actually really do like the motion and feel of the massager but if you have a meaningful amount of muscle development in your trapezius, this thing is just not going to be strong enough and if you try to push it harder yourself, the mechanism will just seize up. As other people mentioned, the battery doesnt last especially long. What I didn't realize before buying it, is that you can't keep it charged while using it and it takes forever to charge. The power issue may be related to the strength issue: I'm not sure if it's that the low power just can't drive enough force or if it's a safety mechanism they should retune ... show more
