Well, I've got a Chevy hitch on my Ford E-450 now. My daughter bought a second horse which exceeded the 5K lb towing capacity on our Jayco Greyhawk 31SS. None of the E-350 hitches would fit due to the fact that the third bolt hole, furthest away from the bumper, is at an angle on the e-350 van. The E-450 cutaway has a flat frame but is the same 38.5" wide as the Chevy Silverado of the same vintage (2008). I had to drill the holes vs using a bolt-on but it installed without a hitch (pun intended). My motorhome now has the ability to tow 10K lbs as the manufacturer (Ford, not Jayco) intended, which it should have from the time of purchase. No idea why I have a Ford puck system on my Chevy, and a Chevy hitch on my Ford but here we are. ... show more

Installed seamlessly onto an 06 Chevy Silverado 2500, 3/4 ton, reg. Cab/8’ bed. Hitch did not come with the ball insert or the electrical hardware seen in the photo. See attached photo for reference.

    • If you use a BFG 17” oversized spare you will need to use stock 16” spare tire to fit under truck.
Trailer hitch fit perfectly in my 2002 GMC Sierra 2500hd. Delivered next day. My truck is towing boats again safely. Does not bolt to Hd bumper.
