I really like this treadmill. Its very compact, it isn't bulky. I like that it isn't super loud, and its steady. I had an issue with the tread staying centered and then figured out how to adjust it after reading the instructions, it was a quick adjustment and works like a charm! The first thing to point out is that this item is not meant to be some sort of “super” treadmill with tons of bells and whistles. If that is what you are looking for, break out the checkbook baby. This is supposed to be inexpensive, compact and convenient and that is exactly what I was looking for. This was a Christmas gift for my girlfriend when I felt bad that she couldn’t go out and take her morning walk or jog because it was either horribly cold or raining. I was a bit concerned when I pulled it out of the box as it didn’t look exactly like the pictures. The labeling and graphics were not the same. But, it went together without any trouble and it fired up as expected. So, in order to make sure it was safe for her to use, I thought I would try it out. Yeah right… I just wanted to check it out. Thinking about all the reviews I was reading, complaining of belts needing constant adjustment or strange noises coming from the unit, I clenched my teeth waiting for something to be “off” with the machine. But after about 5 minutes of taking a stroll on it and feeling my legs starting to burn, I said “yeah… this will work.” It has come to the point for me to state my opinion of this device in a review. So I asked the person who is to be using it what they thought of it. Turns out they have used it several times and they said that they are actually quite pleased with it. So I have to say that I believe this is a rather decent unit for what it is. I still get a laugh every time I revisit the ad and see the scaled down woman running on it in the photo. I certainly wouldn’t want to be taking long strides on it. No more than a nice vigorous jog. I’m trying to get my girl to learn to try some of the programs in it and see if she finds a routine that she likes and can repeat it as she chooses. So, unless something seriously goes wrong, I will have to say it is quite okay for what it is in my honest opinion. I am not sorry that I bought it. ... show more

This treadmill is quiet, small footprint, and runs smoothly. I was looking for something simple for my mom and this fit the bill. It is easy to assemble, read carefully the belt adjustment and it works great. It has been almost 4 months that we have it and continues to work well.

This treadmill is the perfect size for my space. It came unassembled, however, it was very easy to put together and packaged very nicely. I have used it every day since I have received it and it is still doing perfectly. It does not have any incline so if that’s something you’re looking for- keep that in mind. The noise level of it is good- exactly as to be expected for a treadmill. I rated 4 stars because it did come with a deep scratch on the screen. This does not bother me though. ... show more

This treadmill doesn't take much space and I like that it can fold to be stored away. The product is as shown on website. I like that it keeps track of your time, speed, and how many miles you do. I just got this delivered today, and it was very well packaged and easy to set up. It took 5 minutes. Screws lined up with holes perfectly for me, and all electronic parts work. I hopped on to give it a try and I like it so far. It’s nothing fancy, but I didn’t want anything with extra features - just something I can jump on quick to try to walk a few miles a day as my job is mostly seated. So far, everything works great and I really like it. I was worried the width would be too small when I saw it, but I can walk without issues. The handles come up just far enough for me to grab if needed, so I don’t feel hunched or anything when walking on it. The length is also great. I had doubts I’d be able to walk normally and thought I may need to adjust my stride, but I didn’t need to. I can walk just fine. It’s pretty quiet, and doesn’t take up much space. Some disassembly would be required if I wanted to slide it under my bed or put it against a wall when not in use, but it’s only a couple screws, and I really don’t mind it just staying assembled, since it’s not a huge beast that takes up half my space.     • Noisy and one bolt hole is misaligned and unusual.

Despite claims that it's quiet, it makes a constant scraping noise when in operation. Also, one of the bolt holes for the panel didn't align, so it's only secured on one side. It says it can monitor your pulse, but it doesn't. The manual describes speed levels, but the display shows speed in mph, not in levels. Which is fine, except that the workout videos on the app they recommend give speed in levels, not mph. E.g. "We're going to increase our speed to level three," says the person on the video. What is that in mph? ... show more
