So the manufacturer reached out before I even received the product. Letting me know that they are there if I have any issues with the product itself, or with delivery and that they are there to help. I like that 🤗. Thank you! Assembly says two persons. But I did it in 15 minutes by myself ( never assembled something like this before). But it came mostly assembled already. Not too heavy. But very sturdy. No computer issues. The one critique I would say is that the mat oh so slightly shifts ( not back and forth, it tends to favor one side. But then again my floors are a little crooked and I’m super flat footed 🥴). Other than that it’s perfect! Not too big not too small. I’m 5”6 and 214lbs and I walk comfortably on it. So does my 6” 200lbs son. Great job with this one! And great price! ... show more

Just in time for your New Year's resolution! 😁 This is a REALLY good little treadmill! I'm a 70yr old, New Orleans Grandma, and I was able to figure it out & assemble it myself! I had a question about the included hardware, and had NO PROBLEM getting help (I think I left a msg, at first). Not only that, they followed up with me by fone & email! As you can see, it's very compact (I have VERY limited space,) and it can be easily moved around. It's well made & sturdy (I'm 5'6, 200 lbs...yea! That's right! Plump fine! 🤭😁) and I feel secure when using the treadmill. The motor and belt are pretty quiet (not silent, but doesnt interfere with your music,) and the movement is smooth. It's just what I needed and wanted, on my limited income! I highly recommend this product and the company. And, NO! I'm not a remunerated reviewer, or have even ever purchased anything from this supplier b4. Purchased this "Treadmill" to help rehab a recent knee injury. It does what I expected and that is to help me walk a mile a day, but it's a struggle to keep it going due to its size and close proximity of On/Off Switch to the Pulse Sensor, It is Definitely SMALLER Than the Picture in the Advertisement, In comparison to an average treadmill. I would call it moreso of an enhanced walking pad then a treadmill. The foot rests fits just a portion of my foot, preventing brief breaks during the walk and the cup holder is not deep enough to hold my water bottle. The control pad is quite Low, I'm 5'7" so it stood near my waist , lower than the chest high of an average treadmill I'm accustomed to using. Pricing: 2.Stars ...Way TOO Much for what i call an Enhanced Walking Pad Should be around 1/2 of that Ease of Assembly: 4 Stars Comfort And Design : 3.Stars Overall :4 Stars Because It Does What I Need It To Do ... show more

This treadmill is super lightweight and easy to move. Its motor starts off very slow and increases slowly so you arent caught off guard if you accidentally enter too many button clicks for increased speed. The belt is smooth running and once adjusted rarely needs fine tuned. There isnt an incline feature and I knew that before buying it. It works great for walking. I dont run on it but I'm sure it works well for that too. It's easy to use and it will fold easily if I wanted to. I like this treadmill and the price is perfect. ... show more
