  • Favorite inserts
Size: M (Mens 7-8.5 / Womens 8.5-10) Color: Medium Arch - Yellow
These are the only inserts that I’ll buy. It gives the best arch support and has totally decreased my lower back pain. It feels like I’m walking on a cloud when I put these in my shoes. Very easy to place in shoe and trim to fit. It makes walking very easy and painless. Super functional overall.

  • Pricey but worth it in the end
Size: S (Mens 5-6.5 / Womens 6.5-8) Color: Medium Arch - Yellow
I was having some feet issues: Pinky toe on both feet was getting blisters, every so often I would get a mild case of Plantar fasciitis. So with only internet knowledge, I would do less steps (skipping treadmill) if I started feeling pain in my heal until it goes away. For the pinky toes, I started buying wide shoes, then I even tried extra wide. I tried rubber toe things to go around my pinky toe, still having a problem. I looked up where in my area they had a digital foot measurer. Found out that I have a narrow foot and the wider I got my shoes, the more rubbing my pinky toe got. It also found my weight distribution was slightly off. Most should be on heal and toe area, but my arch area needed some support, so they recommended some insoles on brand new shoes, I thought insoles were for when your shoes were older. LOL After trying a few different styles, this brand was the ones I chose. I bought one for the new shoes in the store then came to amazon and bought the same exact style for my second pair of shoes, switch shoes every other day. I feel the difference, my left foot I can tell the arch is holding it up, my right foot technically doesn't need it, but to keep level, have it in, and it is still comfortable. All in all, if you haven't gone and gotten your feet digitally measured, I would recommend it, so you can find the right support for your body. From what I searched all the places had a free digital measure, and if you can also find where they video your walk that is a plus. Good luck, your feet are worth it as they are what keeps your knees and spine healthy in your olden years. ... show more

  • Great insoles for running with underpronation/supination
Size: M (Mens 7-8.5 / Womens 8.5-10) Color: Medium Arch - Yellow
I've been plagued with ITBS on my left side forever. The issue mostly (apparently) stems from my hips, with a tendency to rotate externally too easily on the left side. So when I run, my left leg rotates externally, and my foot doesn't roll inward. If I use arch support or soft shoes, it will roll out and supinate. I have fairly normal arches and my feet are on the narrower side of normal, with a narrow heel, but most arch support shoes and insoles either hurt under the feet because the support isn't where it should be, or they push my left foot out more than it already does on its own, resulting in, well, even worse ITBS. I also can't run in very soft shoes with a rocker or narrow outsole, for the same reason. I need support for my heel, and something that won't let my leg open outwards. I've tried a million shoes, and half as many insoles. Most insoles on the market today are made for overpronation, have a lot of arch support and little to no heel support. Exactly what I don't need. Enter the RunPros. I've been running with them for two years. I use the blue (high arch) on the left side and the orange (medium arch) on the right side. They are super comfortable, and offer support while not really changing your gait much. They add a little cushioning under the heel, which for me is great because I usually run in fairly firm shoes with a low stack. Most importantly, the heel cup is deep and stiff enough that my heel feels supported and doesn't move. My left foot also doesn't feel like it's not straight in the shoe, unlike other insoles or support shoes. The insoles alone mostly solved the issue. I still use a small half-wedge under the left heel, but it's mostly optional at this point. Only negative, they're super expensive in the US, especially since I use two different models for one pair of shoes, and hard to find in store. Thankfully, I only need them in my running shoes. ... show more

  • Good insoles for high arches
Size: L (Mens 9-10.5 / Womens 10.5-12) Color: High Arch - Blue
These insoles provide excellent support and cushioning for my high arches. I put them in my daily walking shoes and they help a lot with my foot pain. The only drawback I had it that they got pretty worn out after a couple months of daily wear. But overall, they are definitely a solid choice for anyone needing extra arch support! ... show more

  • Your feet will thank you!
Size: M (Mens 7-8.5 / Womens 8.5-10) Color: High Arch - Blue
I have repurchased these maybe 5 times over the past 5 years and will continue to buy them each time I get new shoes. Required for those with high arches. I have no pain thanks these during very long walks!

  • Love these - my go-to for 5 years
Size: M (Mens 7-8.5 / Womens 8.5-10) Color: High Arch - Blue
I finally got properly fit for sneakers about 5 years ago and learned that a lot of my discomfort came from having high arches and not wearing anything to support them. I was recommended these insoles and now cannot wear shoes without them! Whenever i get new shoes, I get a new pair. If you’re an avid runner (I am not) you probably need to swap them out every 5-6 months for maximum support. Super easy to trim to fit any shoe. For the price point, definitely worth trying before diving into having custom insoles made. I also have the hiking ones for my boots which are super sturdy but offer no comfort. ... show more

  • Best insole
Size: L (Mens 9-10.5 / Womens 10.5-12) Color: High Arch - Blue
I have medium high arches which cause my ankles to pronate. These insoles are the most comfortable I’ve ever tried, and I’ve tried at least a half dozen other brands. Good quality, usually get at least a year out of them with daily use
