This cast iron griddle is 2 sided. The grill side puts perfect grill marks on meat, cooks it tender & juicy. Little or no oil is needed! The weight is substantial! Not cheaply made. Comes with cleaning utensils & it cleans easily. Great for low calorie meals. Glad I invested in it!

There were no cleaning accessories as advertised with this pan. The pan itself seems perfectly fine and good quality. But the cleaning accessories were not included. Slightly disappointed. It would have been nice to see what the manufacturer classified is good cleaning accessories.

It’s already seasoned so that’s a plus. My husband likes it, used it on the grill, got to get it real hot before you put the meat on it. Cleans easy. Haven’t tried it on the gas stove yet.

The grill is good but the holes in it I didn't like due to the fact that on a gas stove if you are not careful the flame shots up through it.
