    • The most practical exercise machine you can use long term
I have bought, treadmills, rowing machines, elliptical machines, Peleton, and home gyms. I have probably wasted more than 10k on these machines. Where are they now you might ask? Well, after they became clothes hangers, they ended up in Goodwill. I saw this on TV about 6 or 7 years ago on the news. I decided this would be the last. If I cannot sustain this, I will never buy another exercise machine. To make a long story short, I have been using it for 7 years and I use it for several hours a day. I have 3 different models for 3 areas of my house. I swore that I could only sit down, if I am using a Cubii. Every day, I try to burn at least 400 calories. It is really easy on this because it is so smooth and quiet. The motion is so relaxing actually. I cannot work unless I am pedaling. It helps me think or concentrate. Among all the models throughout the years, the Cubii Move is the most practical. PROS: 1. Silky smooth - the motion is very ergonomic and is very comfortable. 2. No strain on joints - I have never had muscle cramps or pain from using this and I am an older man. 3. Pedal the whole day - I work 8-5 every day. This is under my desk. I make sure to pedal at least 80% of the time while seated. 4. Great for type 2 Diabetes - Since I pretty much pedal most of the time, when I check my blood sugar, it does not spike. 5. Great for long-term weight loss - I try to burn 400-500 calories a day while I work or watch TV. I have lost 25 pounds in 7 years. I have not changed my diet. The only thing I added was pedaling on my Cubii. 6. Great way to relax - Like I said, it is so smooth that it is almost like a meditation. CONS: 1. Do not expect an intense or even moderate workout. This is something you do for the long haul. SUMMARY: My blood pressure and blood sugar are normal now. I still have some weight to lose but I will do it slowly with my Cubii. Don't try to be Lance Armstrong. Find a relaxing, and comfortable setting and pace. The goal is to do this for the rest of your life, and not burn out and quit. >>>>>UPDATE<<<<<< I never learn. Since I thought I was doing so well with the Cubii, I decided to see if buying a Treadmill AGAIN would help. After wasting another $900 on a Treadmill, I think I have learned my lesson.     • Perfect for work or home
This is compact. Easy to assemble and it has smooth quiet motion. I have it under my desk at work and I’m able to get some strides in. Bought it to strengthen legs I’m 54 and not active but this provides an easy way to get some movement and get the blood flowing. East on knees ankles and feet.

The Cubii works well and is very quiet. I just wish you could up the resistance a little more. It feels very easy to pedal at the highest resistance. It was also very easy to assemble.

    • Love this pedal exerciser!
Easy to use especially if you get the one with the wheels and handle. Like that you can go from 1-8 levels of resistance. Like that you can use your tablet to do anything you want while still pedaling. For me it is the best exerciser I have ever owned. I am 79 years old.

    • Easy to assemble and use
Bought this for our 96 year old active father. He needed something to do while sitting and watching tv. This was perfect for him to get a little more movement in. He walks good, but slow, but we thought this would just give him another way to keep the blood flowing. He loves it. It’s on level one and he just sits there and pedal. Best gift we have bought for him in a while. Easy to put together. Easy for him to pedal and get some more movement. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this one. ... show more

I work out heavier elsewhere. I was looking for something to keep my legs moving while sitting at my desk and I love it! Yes, not the best resistance but I was looking for long term movement (1-3 hours at a time) and this is great! Worth every penny! Easy to assemble, no issues with screws like another review said.     • Buyer Be AWARE
I am 80 yo woman. Not too happy. Box is packed real good, graphics on pkg real nice..BUT...product is not worth $189.00. Welds on device are shoddy but painted over. Like putting lipstick on a pig..end of day, it's still a pig. Area where display is is just really cheap plastic, not seated good. Screws are packaged nicely...but I don't understand screws "C" that are suppose to go on foot rests.. screws do not serve a purpose and don't fit. There is a slot for the screw in the metal arm and the slot is suppose to go into a area on the foot rest. The screw isn't long enough to make contact..it actually does nothing. If you try putting the screw in, it doesn't go. Not sure what they were attempting with this. Guess I will super glue the foot rest to the bar. The entire item is really heavy to move around. I will use it, after I fix the screw issue cause I like the exercise and it will be too hard for me to repack and ship back. Company could use some Quality Control.     • Great addition to my workout routine
I work out on my treadmill at least 4-5 days a week for 45 minutes. I find that this Cubii Move is a great addition to supplement a good conditioning program as I can use it while watching TV as it is SO quiet and comfortable to use sitting on my sofa with a pillow behind my back. I add another 45 minutes to an hour several nights a week and so thankful that I found this wonderful product to keep my circulation moving and legs strong and conditioned!
