I just got one of these about a month ago. I have owned several electric skillets over the years, which I thought were great, but this one, WOW, I am so impressed with it. The cooking is even across the whole skillet, I have left it cooking on high with sauces, and no burning or scorching, and clean up, OMG, I just use a wet cloth to wipe it out its that easy, or rinse it out, once I put a dot of dawn on it and ran the water over it, used a paper towel to go over the surface and it was clean, so easy, I have never had such a wonderful cooking pan as this one, no after smells, no stuck on anything. I told my husband about how much I loved it and he said, then order another one, so I am. You cant go wrong with this skillet, and its size is perfect, I can make enough for dinners and left overs or for a 6-8 people easy. I Love it!. This is the first time I have actually done a review, I just had to with this skillet, I am looking to see if they also have other cooking pans available, if they do, I am getting them. ... show more

I bought this deep electric skillet so I could braise roasts, chickens, etc. since I hate using the Instant Pot. It works great. The ceramic coating is quick to clean, and it heats up to 400 degrees. I would highly recommend it.

Former copper-clad 12" x 12" electric skillet was washed in DW every time we used it. It lost it's non-stick properties, possibly from chemical reaction to commercial DW tabs. We do not wash this one in DW, even though says DW safe for that reason. Non stick is holding up well. It cooks evenly. Wish we could find another 12 x 12 for smaller meals. ... show more

I love this electric skillet. It’s better than any other I’ve had and I have had a few. Many of these electric skillets' coating scratches easily or begins to peel within the first few months, but this one has held up. I use it several times a week and love the non-stick quality, the temperature controls are consistent and my food comes out great. The quality and construction are fabulous for the price (I got mine on sale) but even if it wasn’t on sale, it’s worth the retail price.     • Nice skillet with a few drawbacks
Pattern Name: Electric Skillet
Overall this is a nice skillet for daily use. Just as advertised, eggs actually do not stick to the surface, you don't even really need to use any oil, or at most just a scant amount. Same with hamburgers...initially. The pan cleans up well with simple warm water and dish soap, nothing really sticks to it. Pay attention to the fact you CANNOT use spray oils like Pam on the skillet surface as this will eat away the protective nature over time. The only drawback is that now that I've used the skillet for a few months the heat seems to have migrated from the entire surface to just a large round ring around the surface, leaving the middle and far edges not as hot, thereby making cooking things like omelets or even pancakes an issue because I now have to constantly move them around over where the heating element lies beneath the surface in order to assure even cooking. I can get used to this, but it does make me wonder if the nonstick surface will decay faster directly over the heating element so that things will eventually stick in those locations. ... show more
