I bought this in oct 2020. I never had a problem with it. Its super convenient and the size is perfect. Sometime last week it cracked on the bottom of the pot. Ive had another version for years and that even fell out of a moving truck and worked perfectly afterwards soo i was confused. I contacted amazon, they had the company contact me. And let me tell you, ive never had such an amazing experience with any company when it comes to a issue. The representative on the phone was nice and very helpful.
