This is scoring wheel is fantastic. I did a lots of research regarding this scoring wheel versus the scoring pen . And I opted for this scoring wheel instead. And I’m very pleased with the results thus far. I have used this going wheel for a big and small projects. And the results have been consistent each time. I would definitely recommend this for someone who may want to save time having to score lines in their projects By hand. And cricut makes it easy for you to apply how many times you were like a line to be scored as well as the pressure. For 2 years I've used the scoring stylus for my projects. There have been times where I have used my debossing tool to score projects when I needed help with making folding creases easier. But this scoring wheel does the job.

I don’t know if the problem is with the scoring tip or my Cricut. Suddenly my Maker would not recognize the single scoring wheel. Most of the time it recognizes the double wheel. Thinking the housing might be a problem I purchased a new Cricut housing and single scoring wheel. However, my machine won’t recognize the new one either. This is a problem I will have to try and resolve with Cricut. However, using this scoring wheel when it worked was very good for scoring, especially heavier materials. ... show more
