I cannot say enough good things about this purchase. I have wanted one for years and years. Finally went on sale Black Friday so I took the leap. I have since made so many projects for many different reasons. They’re very user friendly. I’ve had no issues with cutting although I’m probably due for new blades. It needs 10” behind the machine so it does fit on a small desk perfectly. While it does cost a chunk upfront, overall it’s been cost effective from the amount of money I’ve saved making my own custom items rather than purchasing them. ... show more

So far, no problems except for trying to connect to the machine from my laptop. I love what it can do and I haven't had any problems cutting my projects which is why I gave it 5 stars, but I wish you could save your projects or designs in case you wanted to use them someplace else.

Bought it for the wife. She loves it. IDK anything about this product I use 3d printers and build PCs and classic cars so I don't even know what this is used for but my wife has been crafting with it and she says it's the best gift she's gotten in a while she showed me something that it cut and it came out really nice also she loves the teal blue color got it for a great price on sale I did find it very creative that there is little storage spots on the device (not sure what for but I'm sure the wife does) but it's a neat design for sure!! ... show more

I would give it a zero star review if I could. But you cannot use this cutter/ printer except with basic functions and to do anything with this you are forced to subscribe to different features. It like buying a car and having to subscribe to get ac/ heat having to pay monthly for headlights. The dumbest idea in the history of dumb ideas. Love this machine. It cuts stickers and literally anything perfectly. I use it to cut pix for pin back buttons, use it to cut diecut stickers and any other kind of stickers. Also use it to make 3D greeting cards. So much fun to use and great support and quality.
