Easy to assemble, took maybe 30 minutes. It works well for my needs, which is in my craftroom closet. It's a nicer look than the white and clear plastic drawers I was using. If you're storing heavy items that you need to access daily, I could see the bins wearing down or being hard to open and close. They're like those cloth bins you see at home goods stores. The look is pretty and very nice. The only thing that got my attention was that the part was damage. The left side rail was somehow BENT and defected.

Well… it fits where I needed it to and I probably could have assembled it without instructions. If it was up to me I would have added a few things to make it A. Look better and B. Function better/last longer. 1. The sides are open so you can see the ugly stitching on the side of each drawer and the gaps between the drawers. If it were me i would have put something white (particle board, whatever) to block the sides, or at least stitched the drawers in the back not the side. 2. The biggest flaw however is there are no support beams to hold the weight of the centers of each drawer. The metal frame is just a half inch on each side to give the drawer a ledge. So the particle board or whatever material serves as the base of the canvas drawer (plus whatever you stuff in the drawer below) are all you have to hold the weight of what you put in said drawer. I assume the weight capacity and load of each drawer better stay to a minimum or else they are going to bow and bend in no time. If it were me i would have added some metal support beams or made the base of the drawers a sturdier material. It is what it is, i bought a dresser from Amazon, i kind of knew what i was getting… ... show more

UPDATE** The company reached out after this review and replaced the dresser. The new one arrived quickly and was easy to assemble with no damage from shipping or manufacturing this time. Awesome customer service! The item was received damaged. Some looks like shipping damage possibly and some was manufacturing damage. We were still able to assembly but one side of it was narrower than it should have been which resulted in the item being wobbly and does not stand up straight. ... show more

The instructions were pretty vague, would have deducted a star, but luckily I only lost a couple minutes redoing things. This just fit inside my little closet in my NYC apartment and I’m really happy with it. It does the job. I fold my clothes and put them sideways which works so much better than stacking for these cloth dressers. I like the dresser storage but the box is open when it came and I can see the screw out.when I was putting it together I found that there’s a screw missing. I don’t want to bother send it back because it’s too much hassle,so I decided to improvise by using other screw and tape it with gorilla black tape.overall the dresser came out nice. This is my second review.like I said before that the dresser is missing a screw and the seller contacted me saying he will send me the missing screw but I told that I don’t need that screw because the screw that I used is durable and I don’t need it.instead I asked him for a gift card and he gave me some portion of money instead. Their Customer Service is really the best they really know how to make customer’s happy 😃👍 ... show more
