I have been looking for a rug to put in front of my sliding door that wouldn’t slide around on my wooden floors when my dogs would come running inside. This is high traffic area between my dogs and visitors. The rug itself is made well, soft and durable. Does an excellent job trapping dirt, debris and other outside elements. The rug minimally moves when my dogs come bolting in the house, which I consider a win. I really like the colors it’s aesthetically pleasing and matches the decor with the rest of the room. The rug is heavy, soft, and seems to be a good quality. It took awhile to remove the creases from being folded and shoved in a box, which is frustrating. It would be so simple to roll, wrap, and ship the rugs, as so many other sellers are able to do. Will only use those sellers in the future.

I recently tried out the PURRUGS Dirt Trapper Washable Door Mat Rug, 34x60, in Light Grey with Grey, as I wanted to replace my old, heavy rubber-backed door mat rug that was difficult to clean. While my old rug did the job, it is so heavy with a thick rubber backing that I have to take it outside and use a hose to clean it. Since I have other washable rugs that I love, I was intrigued by this rug's appeal of being washable and made for scraping dirt and debris off of shoes. I expected a commercial or rough type of material that may need added backing to keep in place, but the ad didn't do this rug justice. As soon as I opened the box and unrolled, it was clearly a lot nicer than I was expecting: There was no weird smell that required airing out, which my husband would have been quick to notice. The rug is very soft and plush -- I couldn't bear to use it to wipe dirty shoes on. The rug has a nice backing that doesn't slip around on a solid floor. I loved it so much that I ended up using it in front of my kitchen sink. This rug is "thirsty" and absorbs water like a champ without becoming waterlogged, which is great when you have a messy teenage son who sprays water all over the kitchen while doing dishes. It's also padded enough to make standing more comfortable. It has clean lines and a modern minimalist look. And the fact that it's washable is a huge plus for a kitchen rug. I got a large size, and thankfully, it fits in my large washer and washes beautifully. I doubt it would fit into a smaller washer, but neither would a lot of things this big.
