This rug is cute and very soft, but thin. I have this on top of carpet so it's not an issue, but if it was on hard floor it would have no cushion. We've had it down for about a week and I haven't vacuumed it yet so I can't speak on the quality of that yet.

soft, shaggy, and colorful. However, this is not like a regular rug that has a thick bottom. It's actually a little thicker than a table cloth. I'm ok with it because it's just going in a playroom closet "clubhouse". But if you're hoping for something padded/thick- this is not it. Basically it's like placing a throw blanket on the foor.
