Many design flaws such as the cable drags on the hot bed and they act like they've never heard this is a problem. VERY poor technical support through chat, or worse through email, by people who barely understand English and don't care to listen to what you're saying. No warranty support from what I've seen. Spare parts are minimally available. Apparently I need the leveling sensors, but I can't buy them anywhere and shouldn't have to, as this is brand new and they should fix it for free. I was told 24/7 tech support chat, yet they're not online as I write this. It breaks all the time. When it works, it's decent. But it prints a lot of spaghetti. For the money, I expect more. If this were a car, no one would ever buy it! 👎🏼 ... show more

I purchased the creality ender 3 v3 plus a couple months ago and its preformed flawlessly! Took me about 20 min. to assemble and I began printing right away. The self leveling bed, new hot end nozzle system and front and back fans all work together nicely. The speed of the new machine is also very impressive compared to my old printer (creality cr10 s4). If you’re just starting this is a great printer to begin on. The prints are fairly quick. It self levels. It’s a great value for the price. We’ve not had any issues with it, at all, and have printed several items. I’m very pleased with this printer.

I bought my K1C during prime day to get into the hobby of 3D printing. I have had your standard set of troubles one would have getting into this hobby from clogged nozzles to complete catastrophic failure. I will say the support I have gotten from Creality has been above standard. They are willing to help you out with their aftercare program which you have for a year after your date of purchase from Amazon as they are affiliates with one another. Have a copy of your invoice from amazon and get a picture of the QR code on the back of your printer ready any time you reach out to them for assistance as they will ask for these. These are the issues I have had with my printer overall and the majority has been resolved via aftercare program. 1. Nozzle broke off on my printhead when changing - Sent me a replacement nozzle. 2. Catastrophic failure of my toolhead - Sent multiple replacement parts for me to rebuild the toolhead and necessary repair videos and information. 3. Faulty Usb on motherboard - Working on getting me a replacement. Other than those issues I have had a blast working with my printer and improving my quality. I would recommend this for anyone getting into the hobby just be prepared to work on it when you have issues. Side note. When working on your printer you will most definitely need to pull the side panels off to have more ease of access when trying to work on things like your print bed sensors or your tool head. ... show more

    • An excellent value for money
This is about the Transparent PETG filament. It's a very pleasant surprise: significantly cheaper than the Bambu/Prusa stuff and an easy purchase from Amazon, yet it but produces equivalent results with ease. Both the MK4 and the X1 Carbon can just use the "Generic PETG" preset and you don't need anything else. It isn't shy about sticking to print sheets either as long as they've been cleaned somewhat recently. Prints end up shiny, smooth, and translucent. It gets milkier if it has a chance to cool down before the nozzle returns to deposit the next layer, so don't print many objects at once if you're after the transparent effect. ... show more
