This is my second printer and OMG this thing is great. Its 5 times faster than the other enders. Self levels, Auto nozzle cleaner, and filament runout sensor. A small child can assemble it in less than an hour Adult 20 minutes. On my ender 3 neo 3- 1/2-hour print was 34 minutes on this machine. It is very fast wish I would have started with this printer. I like this product because it is user friendly, the 3D prints come out nicely, the build plate has held up for the two years that I have had it. Among never having to replace a part, there are multiple benefits to this small printer that really gives you the most bang for your buck. My children love all the funky fun things that we can make with it. Its great for art projects and home improvement. The filament is fairly cheap, there are endless colors to choose from for any design that I want. The user interface is a breeze since the blueprints for each design is sent directly to the printer. 2 days and a handful of prints and it stops working. Wire to the hotend just broke. Diagnosed after taking it all apart, which is a HUGE PITA because they use enough glue on this thing it doesn't even need screws. Talked with CR CS and they had to send me to engineering in China which would take about a week to hear back from and then another week plus to get the replacement part. Amazon did me right though and are sending me a replacement printer in a couple days. Hopefully this one actually lasts. Next time I won't even bother with CR and just get a MS hotend that isn't made of old pennies. ... show more

I originally had ordered an RC truck and unfortunately the shipment never arrived. I requested my refund and saw the Ender 3 Neo on a Black Friday sale. So instead of turning around and buying another RC truck.....I bought the Ender 3. So far it's been a great product and lots to learn overall....but it has been a great purchase decision To learn a new art medium. I've wanted a 3d printer for a long time and this came at the right time......the only thing I am having an issue with it trying to register for any warranty. It's not really noted much in any of the paper work. For a product like this, should have more info about warranty. ... show more
