I like this product because it is user friendly, the 3D prints come out nicely, the build plate has held up for the two years that I have had it. Among never having to replace a part, there are multiple benefits to this small printer that really gives you the most bang for your buck. My children love all the funky fun things that we can make with it. Its great for art projects and home improvement. The filament is fairly cheap, there are endless colors to choose from for any design that I want. The user interface is a breeze since the blueprints for each design is sent directly to the printer. This is my second printer and OMG this thing is great. Its 5 times faster than the other enders. Self levels, Auto nozzle cleaner, and filament runout sensor. A small child can assemble it in less than an hour Adult 20 minutes. On my ender 3 neo 3- 1/2-hour print was 34 minutes on this machine. It is very fast wish I would have started with this printer. Easy to assemble. Print quality is very good. Really good beginner printer. Would be better with a spring plate instead of the glass bed, but very good quality. Highly recommend to someone just getting into 3-d printing. It takes much longer to print than I anticipated but it’s kinda fun to watch.

I got this for a 15 year old family member. He is taking coding and uses a 3d printer at school. It didn't take him long to set it up and start printing out his own designs. Works well.

I've never owned a 3D printer before, but found assembly to be fairly straight forward. Online instructional videos definitely helped. After a few mistakes and corrections, I had it all put together in about an hour. After putting the printer together for the first time, it malfunctioned during the "auto home" process. I saw what my best guess was as to the issue (a damaged end-stop trigger missing the metal piece that actuates the stop) and contacted the Creality to see if/how they might be able to help. They responded fairly quickly, asking for much more information, including a video of the malfunction happening. I immediately sent them all the information they requested. So far, I have not heard back from the company after their initial reply but I will update this review as things progress. Update: The company has asked for my shipping information so they can send a replacement part. However, it is clear that this is going to be an extensive repair and I've asked for clear instructions as to how to make this repair. Typically, I'm responding right away and then wait several days. I originally had ordered an RC truck and unfortunately the shipment never arrived. I requested my refund and saw the Ender 3 Neo on a Black Friday sale. So instead of turning around and buying another RC truck.....I bought the Ender 3. So far it's been a great product and lots to learn overall....but it has been a great purchase decision To learn a new art medium. I've wanted a 3d printer for a long time and this came at the right time......the only thing I am having an issue with it trying to register for any warranty. It's not really noted much in any of the paper work. For a product like this, should have more info about warranty. ... show more
