This is a super powerful blender that works well to blend various ingredients to your desired consistency. It is just as powerful as our very expensive Ninja blender but it is nicer to use due to where the blades are located and ease of cleaning. I love that they include the travel container that you can blend directly with. Making my post workout shakes is so much easier using this than a shaker bottle. It is loud when it use, but that makes sense due how much power it has. It grinds things so quickly as well that the noise is short lived. The metal piece that spins the blades also gets fairly hot after use which I have never noticed in other blenders. I believe this is also due to its power and hasn’t been an issue so far as long as I don’t touch it directly after use. I’ve made about 2 shakes per day since receiving the blender and it still looks and blends like day 1 so I am really happy with its durability so far. It is a bit pricier than a lot of other blenders; however, I think the price is very reasonable for what you get out of the blender and I am really happy I went with this one. ... show more

I was so super happy to receive this blender to try out. Our current blender system has so many parts; various blender receptacles and blades with this cup or that cup for blending, crushing grinding. It was just too much! This set is simple with this the one main large blender and one small piece for personal blending. The base of the unit is quite large, but still doesn't take up as much real estate as the combined pieces of my old unit. This thing is very strong. We threw ice in it along with the requisite ingredients to make pina coladas and they came out spectacular. Had no issues with the ice. I can't wait to make salsa with this thing. It blends so smoothly. I haven't quite figured out all of the setting or had opportunity to test out each one, but I feel the high quality make of this one will last a lifetime so I have plenty of time to try each setting. I can definitely feel the difference in the quality of the materials between this one and my old blender. This one has the overall look and feel of an old school blender when things were made to last. When summer comes; I'm going to make some ice cream!!! ... show more

All I heard for years was how much he detested our old blender. Now he's a happy man. It works like any blender should and extras are a great bonus. He can open the inside of the lid and put all of his drink mixes inside without trying to pry the top off. We also love the extra cup for small sized drinks. I love that you receive a personalized little blender cup so that you can quickly make your shake or smoothie easily on the go.     • The Last Blender You'll Ever Need
I've had blenders before, but nothing like this. The motor should last forever because you won't spend much time blending. It definitely makes a statement in the kitchen. You can see that it's a no nonsense blender just by looking at it. I love making homemade salsa from canned tomatoes, peppers, onions, and spices. I pressed the pulse button twice for one to two seconds each time and it was done without shaking the pitcher or using the tamper. Instant salsa without the preservatives! The 64 ounce pitcher is twice the size of most blenders and washes easily. It even has a removable handle. I'm looking forward to strawberry season so I can make strawberry, banana, and milk smoothies. It's a great addition to a home bar too. You'll want to display it and not tuck it out of sight. The box includes a tamper and a nice recipe book with color pictures. I haven't tried the recipe for ice cream yet but I'm sure this device can handle it with ease. ... show more

This blender says "professional" and it's 2000W, but this junk will not blend vanilla past. Burnt up in 2 minutes. Do not buy if you're making vanilla paste. It will burn up.
