I’ve had this product for less than 2 years, and recently when my phone is placed on the “charging” portion, it will say it’s charging for about 5 seconds, then it will stop. Not sure why, but it sucks that this product isn’t built to last longer than 1.5 years. Not worth the money

I recently gifted my husband this charging tray, and it has been a game-changer! The tray is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, with a modern design that looks great on his nightstand. My husband uses it for his iPhone & AirPods. The other side of the gray he uses for TV remote, etc. which has helped to keep our cords organized and our devices charged at all times. The tray is made of high-quality materials and feels very durable, so I know it's built to last. Additionally, the tray is very easy to use - he simply places his devices on the tray and they start charging automatically. The charging tray has made his life so much easier, and he no longer have to worry about tangled cords or dead batteries. I purchased a Currant for my son-in-law for Christmas and thank goodness it works and he loves it. I on the other hand purchased one for myself and it looks good but it doesn’t charge my iPhone SE, which is upsetting. I read the instructions and moved everything out of the way that could interfere with the charging. I place the phone on the 3 dots, charging station, I hear the sound that lets me know it’s charging, then it starts blinking and doesn’t charge my phone. That’s so disappointing! This tray is great! Easy to set up and use. The quality and packaging are fantastic. It charges my phone through the case. I use it at night by my bed. It comes with a USB port that I wasn't expecting. I plugged in my apple watch charger and I am able to charge both. The reason for 4 stars is that it is pretty expensive, but I am happy with the quality so I believe it is worth it. It also does a little weird thing if I try to charge my phone and watch at the sametime. The watch will start and stop charging over and over again. If I get the watch charging first, then wait a few seconds and then start my phone...they will both charge. It doesn't charge super fast, but for overnight use it has been great. ... show more

I absolutely love this charging tray. I got the linen color which looks sleek and understated. It’s the perfect size (a little smaller than a sheet of paper, and less than an inch deep), and the I’m confident that the charger is strong and reliable, after having had it for a couple of months.     • Stopped working after 2 months + Courant won't send replacement
I strongly advise against purchasing this product. Only two months into using this $100 charger it stopped consistently charging anything (I tried it with multiple phones, airpods, you name it.) This pad would initially start charging but then stop a few minutes in and a light would start blinking on the back. I splurged and bought this because I thought it would look nice on my nightstand but kept waking up to a completely uncharged phone. I almost missed work one day because my phone with my alarm died overnight when I thought it was charging. For the price, I wasn't expecting it to break a mere two months after my purchase. After lots of back and forth trouble shooting with Courant's customer service team and trying a bunch of potential fixes, I sent the product back to them hoping they would replace it with a working model. I was told their team wasn't able to duplicate the issues I'd been having consistently for weeks and that was that. Per their policy, sending the same charger I haven't been able to make work was all that they could do for me. I feel like I've been duped out of $100. Please learn from my misfortune, save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your charging pad. ... show more
