This is a great way to cook fajitas, hibachi style foods, breakfast, and so many other things! It’s an awesome cooker. It takes a little longer to warm up but with the “on the go” versatility I would rather have this than the higher dollar brands. I’m not 100% sure what the BTU ratings are on the burners but it’s a great cooker once heated up. It is very portable as expected. Only couple of issues are tightening (butterfly) nut for the stands have to be removed every time the legs needed to be folded. Easy to lose a nut during travel. Great grill for the price...legs fold up which makes it easy to slide into the back of my truck. It tends to be a bit wobbly but added a board to the bottom between the legs and it's pretty stable

Don't be fooled by the savings. The griddle warps when it's hot for to long, and I had to replace the right burner knob because the heat melted the plastic during normal cooking. In a slight wind, it also struggles to stay lit.

After a good seasoning, this thing is top-notch. I didn't have any problems with it being too wobbly. Is it wobbly? A little bit. But if you season your griddle well enough you don't have to put really any elbow into cleaning it anyhow. I like the bang-to-buck ratio on this.
