Not only did it arrive without the bag, but the shiatsu massager itself made loud noises and the mesh covering the shiatsu part was very thin. I returned it the next day, and received my refund within two days. Even if the bag were included and the shiatsu worked perfectly I would have returned it for the fact that it was made with thin materials that would ensure that the machine would not have lasted long.
