i absolutely loved the look of this desk and i was so excited to build it and put it in my room. not only did the vanity have missing pieces, there was part of the instructions that were completely backwards when it came to installing the drawers at the front of the vanity. when i was reading the instructions, i was so confused and it took me like 30 mins to realize that they were backwards. i also noticed that the page with the drawer installation instructions was stuck to another page, so i peeled it back it had COMPLETELY different instructions for the drawers. what the heck? the electric parts with the lights were so complicated, i ended up just giving up and leaving it the way it was. i was so unbelievably disappointed with this vanity. it looks pretty good in my room, but i would never buy a product from this company again. i complained to amazon about the issues i had with it, and because it wasn't shipped and sold by amazon, they had to "contact the seller" and needless to say, i never heard from the seller. i asked for at least a partial refund, but was given nothing. Product images are misleading and show beveled glass on the side cabinet. It’s NOT and very disappointed as I now have to find a beveled film to cover it. Both of the Two in One Screws and Two in One Nuts were ripped open, scattering 194 pieces all over the box. The instructions are very confusing and it took me three evenings to build it. There were a few times I had to disassemble, and reassemble certain parts. Other steps I just winged it or skipped it because I couldn’t figure it out. The red cord going from the mirror to desk is tacky so going to wrap it in black electric tape. The mirror is NOT bright enough if you intend to use this as a makeup vanity, it’s more like a moody nightlight. I’m using it as a nail station so I already have my LED lights. It is a heavy sturdy piece of furniture and overall looks very nice once you endure the pain of putting it together. I do like that the desk lights up when it sensors motion. ... show more
