i bought these and i love them! they are thinner than my old dishes so i can fit twice as many bowls in less space than before! i like that they arent too bulky but are sturdy! so glad i read the reviews on these and bought them i ended up buying two sets and im so glad i did! now i will have nice plates to bring out during holidays and everyday use! decided to try tapping them pretty hard on the counter top and no chipping lol i figured if i broke one i had plenty more to spare i just really wanted to know if they would hold up. havent dropped them yet so cant attest to that but they are pretty chip resistant and they look great. ... show more

These plates are fantastic! They're very sturdy, and they last a very long time. The men in my family are rough on plates, and they still have never chipped or cracked! They're the perfect size, very lightweight which is great for dish washing, and they are reasonably priced!

Love the plates! None were broken when they arrived so I'm glad I didn't listen to the reviews that said they come broken. My only concern (and why I took away 1 star) was that a few of them were greasy?? Like they very clearly had some kind of yellow grease on them. I can only hope it's something that they put on prior to packaging. Threw them in the dishwasher immediately. Other than that, love them! ... show more
