I purchased two complete sets. True Blue is difficult to find pattern, but glad I did. The material is lighter than other Corelle sets I purchased in the past. I am hoping they will last a long time. I just gave away two sets I had for over 30 years. They were still in perfect condition. I just needed a new look, so I gave those away. I also found the lunch plates to go with these, which I love for small meals and salads. They arrived in perfect condition, no chips, clean, and the pattern was even. I can remember Corelle in the 70's and I have owned it over the years - and now I find myself having to own it again and I'm resentful that it's the ONLY durable AND microwave safe product available. I live in a porcelain-tiled house and use the microwave for re-heating every day. BUT why are the patterns SOOO dated? Why hasn't Corelle updated their patterns to styles and colors more attractive like stoneware?? The patterns look and feel like grandma. Well I love my grandma and maybe Corelle is honoring our heritage and helping me to remember grandma every time I use my dishes :-) ... show more

I bought these sets because my mom highly highly recommends them. After two years I can clearly say: These are truly amazing, lightweight and durable plates. Even after lots of meals we ate with them they remain beautiful. Cutting food with a sharp knife on the plate left no mark. They are easy to clean in the dishwasher and also in the sink. Because they are lightweight the children at home can help and set a table or clear the dishes. Even if a plate falls, not bad they do not break easily ... show more

I purchased this to replace an older oval green lid which was damaged. Since I couldn't fine an exact replacement I purchased this one and was surprised at how much better this lid was from the original. It has a much, much better seal. Two of the dessert plates were chipped when I got them. Just on the very edge they did not have enough protection from the bottom of the box. The chips are very small and only on two.

As I get older I find it hard to lift stoneware plates, big bowls, etc. Corelle ware to the rescue. Arrived in good condition. I'm assuming they will last as well as the few old pieces I have.

i like the light weight. they want me to rate durability, I will give it 5 stars, but remember it shatters if you drop it on a hard floor. light weight, thats why I chose corelle, nice and light. sturdiness, yes until it hits a hard surface
