We have only used this tent one time so far, but I am very happy with it. It's quite large (packed, and setup) so be aware of what you are getting yourself into. Setup is a breeze, seriously the easiest tent I've ever setup. It's quite roomy - we had a queen inflatable air mattress w/ headboard on one side, an inflatable couch that folds out into a bed on the other side, and a small table and our gear in the middle. Worked out great for us. The airflow was decent through the tent, even w/ the windows zipped shut it has some vents you steak open on either end that help keep some air moving. It has some other nice features like a pass-through for an extension cord to bring power inside and some nets and hooks available to hang things from the ceiling. We hung a recharable fan/light above the bed for some extra airflow that worked great. We will see how it holds up long-term, but initial quality seems good. Would recommend a large tarp/canvas to lay down below the tent to help protect the floor. 10/10 would buy again. ... show more

I’m not joking when I say the wife and I had this set up in a minute and a half. Took a minute to get it laid out and 30 seconds or less to pop it up. So check off that ease of setup. Lots of design to move air through this tent which is great for those hot days. The whole top is mesh netting, also has 6 screen windows and the doors also have screen mesh for even more airflow, and both sides have a bottom screen vent that you stake out. The screen vent is the entire length of each side. It is dry! We didn’t get rain when we took this out the first time but I seen it on the forecast when we returned home, so I set it up in the yard. My idea was better to know when we are not in it rather than when we need it to stay dry. It was a good storm all afternoon and night with multiple downpours. The outside “door mats” do pool water which I could see being annoying. The inside of the tent however was 100% dry. No leaks or condensation. The rain is loud with this rain cover but it’s DRY. And this test was done without a footprint, so the flooring was built well for water. This is a big tent and will accommodate a large family. My advice is to make sure the poles are pulled out and staked so the wind isn’t pushing the walls in with slack. If anything changes, I will update this review. So far this tent has outperformed my past tents with the elements. OH!! And for freaking once! Finally a tent that fits back in the tent bag with plenty of space left!!! Say goodbye to the stress of making that tent fit back in. No more do overs!! The bag is well built and made to move around!!! ... show more

We are a family with three boys and two dogs. We camp all the time. We are constantly going through tents buying one tent after another. This tent has lasted through at least 10 or more camping trips. This is the best tent in terms of height, width, durability, and ease for setting up and taking down. We can fit all of our items and beds with space to move around. We also just happened to be down the road from a tornado this past trip and there were absolutely no leaks or issues with structure. Would recommend this tent to anyone. Well worth the cost!! ... show more

    • I did it by myself!

The media could not be loaded. This was my first time ever putting up a tent! It took me about 75 minutes! I have never put one up before! This was really simple & straight forward to do! Watch the videos if you get stuck. ( I’m writing about the 12 person tent. In green/gray). It’s nice looking! I ‘m a 50 something yo mom & Im 5’4 inches tall with no previous experience. So if I can do it anyone can. You do need to have some kind of reasonable strength tho. It took me longer to get the thing out of the shipping box! Lols.. Then there’s another box that says Core, then the zippered bag. Everything came nicely packed with foam padding to protect all the joints and points on the rods. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The tent I received has a footprint or floor that is already attached. It is not removable. All the zippers function perfectly. Just be careful on the bottom of the doors where the rain flap is so it doesn’t get caught. If you’re doing this by yourself follow the instructions to spread the tent out all the way on a flat surface. Then pull the elbows out and hold the last one as you move around to the other side to open the others. (It’s structured something like a mini fold up umbrella . ). Each elbow kind of locks into place if you’re doing it right. When you’ve got all the elbows up put the top rain shield on. Then extend & push each leg up to its full locking position. Alternate sides & anchor each point so the wind doesn’t take it. It’s a huge tent which can fit 2 queen size beds, or a blowup sofa a queen bed and a small table & chairs. I’ll lay a patio mat down to protect the floor & make it more cozy. I love that it has lots of windows with rain flaps that roll down & bottom air vents for cooler air to come in. BUt what’s awesome is that it has a door on each side. A double door & a single door. This tent will be a great addition to our 27 ft airstream & will serve its purpose for a hangout space with the teens & our two 75 lb dogs without getting eaten up by mosquitos. Great job Core! I bought this tent because it said it was so easy to put up. It took 3 of us to set up, but only a few minutes time. One had to hold up the middle while the other two extended and locked in place the sides. It is nice that it has separators inside if needed. Myself and two teenagers each had our own room. It rained the night we took it out, and we remained nice and dry inside. No leaks. Folding it back up took a few minutes as well. It was almost too big for my needs. But easy to use. ... show more

We have two kids, and two dogs who have their own kennels. Everyone and their gear fit in here super easy with room to spare. We had the windows closed and rainfly on as we expected rain one night. The tent breathed excellently. No mugginess inside at all. In the morning there was a downpour that lasted half and hour, and we were all dry. One area got a little wet, and we haven't figured out if that was user error or not. We got it home and set it up to dry out, and it was easy. Put back in a totally dry state for our next trip.
