    • Convenience of size.
I feel this is a great little helper. I am so used to a gas powered, much larger tiller. I grew up using them. This is battery powered and certainly not as large or powerful, but it's not made to be. It assemble very quickly and easily. I was not so familiar with the ring pins that lick the tiller tunes onto the shaft. I am more used to a screw type. These went on fast. I do like the square guard over the tiller that prevent the debris from flying up. The batteries did not take long to charge since they arrived close to fully charged. I do not know how long it takes once the batteries are drained. I have not reached that point yet. I also am a fan of the adjustable shaft. It allows different heights of people as well as different places to use the tiller. If it's in a raised bed, the shorter version would be best and more controlled. I did not notice a lot of kickback, but the soul was fairly well cultivated. If it was harder or rocky, there is a chance of less control in my opinion. I could see it having a little more bounce. I think it would be best used for shorter duration. Two batteries are provided, so one can be used while the other charges. The reason of 4 stars is because I do not know how the life span will be. I am not sure how it will hold up. It seems made well and the workmanship seems good. It's pretty easy to lift and move. Depending on what task it's used for, weeds, straw, grass could wrap itself around the tiller blades like string on a vacuum roller brush. I am happy with it and it's so much lighter to use than gas. Really like the product, perfect for what we need which is patching animal urine in spots in my grass. I usually have to redo and receipt about 30% of the grass when I don’t want to recall it and this is the tool that makes that easier just a little bit heavyprobably need to be fairly in shape to use it without stopping to rest ... show more

    • Handle tube connectors won't tighten well
Work's good, but won't last long because the plastic connecter that connects the two tubes together won't tighten and it's wobbly and will break easily.

My wife is a regular gardener albeit flowerbeds or vegetables and this is her honest review: I was initially skeptical about the capabilities of this cordless electric tiller, but it has proven to be a valuable addition to my gardening toolkit, especially for smaller spaces. Its lightweight design and ease of maneuverability make it a joy to use, and the cordless operation eliminates the frustrating hassle of dealing with tangled cords. The battery life is impressive, allowing me to tackle a good amount of work before needing a recharge. The motor packs a decent punch, effectively breaking up tougher soil and making tasks like blending soils and adding fertilizer significantly faster and easier than using traditional hand tools like rakes and shovels. The adjustable handle is a thoughtful feature that adds to the overall comfort during use, and the integrated safety features provide peace of mind. While this tiller excels at light-duty tasks, it's important to understand its limitations. I wouldn't recommend attempting to break new ground, particularly if your soil contains sizable rocks or stones. The shear pins appear to be on the delicate side, and I suspect they could easily break if the tiller encounters a significant obstacle. However, for pre-existing garden beds or small properties where you need to blend soils or incorporate amendments, this tiller shines. The media could not be loaded. I got it for a section of my backyard that was hard for my original big tiller to reach. It got the job done easily and being so light helped a lot.
