I am so glad I bought these. I have very low arches and tend to get plantar fasciitis on & off. Im a nurse & im on my feet a lot, so when it acts up it hurts a lot. I’ve bought shoe insoles, I’ve bought expensive sneakers claiming to fully support arches. It always comes back or doesnt work. I keep a frozen water bottle in the freezer so when it acts up I can get some pain relief rolling it back and forth under my foot, but that doesn’t make that deep pain go away. I saw a commercial on TV for these and I immediately ordered them. They arrived the next day & as soon as I put it on I felt relief. It was super tight and supportive and adjustable to get the exact area that was causing me pain. It was only the left foot bothering me at the time so I only wore it on that foot for a full day and took it off to sleep. The next day my foot felt SO MUCH BETTER. I cannot express how happy I am I bought these. Between these and my compression stockings my legs feel great after work. I eventually tried them out on both feet & they work so well. My only concern is that eventually I think they will get stretched out and not provide the same amount of support. If they do I will buy another pair, I’m that happy with them. I like these. They provide comfort, support, and relief just as described. I have a problem with one of the supports. I have emailed the company directly, I have messaged the seller here and have received no response from either as of this writing. I didn't want to bring up my issue in a "review" however, this is my experience. I purchased the arch supports and had to ease into wearing them slowly. I have an issue with textures and the feeling of being a part of my body being "confined" or "compressed." After building up the tolerance to wear these for an extended period of time, I enjoyed the comfort and the support but I started to have this sensation that something was sticking me in the foot. I removed the support to find at the seam there is this a plastic or hard nylon thread (?) that is sticking my skin. It's too small to "clip" or "cut" but long enough to be noticeable and uncomfortable. I wrote Copper Compression about 3 weeks in and the failure to respond has put me past my "return window." I liked these and see where they had potential. I am satisfied with the product, not satisfied with the comfort of the one cuff that is defective and completely unsatisfied with the company's lack of responsiveness and/or the fact that I have to bring it to this forum. I don't write "bad" reviews, I don't like to focus on the negative and I certainly don't like the feeling that I've wasted money. ... show more

I like the size and fit. They seem to offer additional support when in the center of the arch. Problem is, they keep slipping forward. Could be the shape of my foot if nobody else has the same issue.

    • Miraculous little bands!

I have been battling plantar fasciitis for about 5 months.. and losing my mind in the process. I have tried EVERYTHING. PT, all sorts of insoles, braces, I do all the exercises every day, I have purchased several pairs of sneakers 😑. I Sleep on a special pillow for good back alignment (my pt believes my issue stems from my back).I have worked on my posture and developed new consistent habits. For years I have walked 3-4 miles a day and it’s been beyond frustrating not being able to do that anymore consistently. I would make progress, then insoles would get worn out a little and the pain was back. Nothing provided instant relief like these bands! Within an hour of wearing them the first day I noticed a difference. Waking up and getting out of bed the next day for the first time was not pure misery! I’m excited to dive back into walking! I went from an 8-9 in pain to maybe 1-3. I have extremely extremely high arches. As a result It’s so hard to avoid causing strain on some level even if I’m doing everything right. These little bands remove that strain consistently. They seem to offer support so that my foot can do it’s thing without irritating the arch. Then by default the heel pain got better soon after. Don’t get me wrong - healing requires finding the root issue and dealing with that too. But I have a feeling these bands will get me going in the direction I need and fast. I don’t care how often I have to replace them. The price isn’t bad & after 5 months of misery I’m so thankful to not be in so much pain every time I stand up. Note: I wear the band ALL day - and then remove it only at night. The next morning I stretch my foot& calf in bed - then put on the band before I start walking. My theory is that it’s essential to keep the arch supported at all times so it can heal without being aggravated. ... show more
