Pros: It's a zipperless suitcase at a very affordable price. When you close the suitcase, it instantly seals upon locking and there is no way to pry it open without damaging the case. The combination lock was every easy to use and setup your own combination. Cons: Case is made from both Aluminum and PVC. It is very light in weight considering I bought the large 28 inch suitcase. So far it has held up to the trip from MSP to MCO and back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the suitcase especially if you are looking for an affordable zipperless tamper proof suitcase that cannot be pryed open. Survived a decent trip with two layovers each way. I can SEE that it went through some hell on the plane transfers, I even lost two of the luggage straps due to their buckle's getting smashed or cracked. The luggage faired perfectly. If the metal corner plates weren't there, the corners would be pretty messed up. There are a couple obvious slight dimples where it was slammed into carts. If the wheels took the same kind of slamming around, they don't show any signs of it. They swivel and roll perfectly quiet still. This luggage has a divider panel, and two pouches. I'll be investing in some additional organization to make packing a bit smoother. There IS ample space to tetris bulkier things like coats, too! ... show more

I bought this to replace a worn-out soft side suitcase and a after just one use I'm satisfied so far. Durability hasn't yet been extensively tested, and this has NO expansion capability. But, it has a lot of room for packing and a center-zip divider to help keep clothes in-place.

I bought the 24-in suitcase for an overseas trip and for future trips. I really like it. It's easy to move. It packs well. I was concerned with cobblestone streets and stairs. But I was able to maneuver it well. I wouldn't go any further than 24 in for overseas though. This worked well for me.

I used this in a trip to Peru from the US and it worked perfectly. I liked having a hard case to protect my stuff (including bottles and squeeze tubes). It is strong enough for me to sit on while waiting in line at the airport.

Purchased in April for a trip late June. So unfortunately even though it wasn’t used we are out of the return period. First time using it one of the wheels broke off. I know airline luggage handling is rough but suitcase manufacturers should know that also and make the product tough enough to handle it. All the other suitcases on the conveyor had their wheels intact. I don’t see an option on Amazon to contact the seller so maybe I’ll try googling and see if they will do anything. If so, I’ll update my review. Update: full refund with no hassle. Very good customer service. Sometimes things happen but as long as the company stands by the product then all is good. ... show more

the luggage arrived in a short amount of time and looked as advertised. The bag has one side with a zip closure but the other side has two straps with a clip closure. I don't like this side of the bag as the straps do NOT adequately hold in place the items placed on that side of the bag. I wish they would have added a zipper closure like the other side of the bag to secure items in place. My other complaint is I wish they included another center secure clap other than the two TSA lock clasp to hold the bag together. While using my bag for the first time, the airlines somehow threw the bag bending the back frame which caused the bag to pop open on one side and spill the contents inside. If there had been a center clasp separate from the two TSA locks it could have still held the bag closed when the lock clasp was damaged. I don't know if this damaged frame can be replaced so I may have to purchase another bag. So my bag unfortunately only survived one trip. Durability is taking a couple star hit as a result. ... show more
