I love this! I put it in my car, & it plugs into the vehicle's charging port. It makes driving SO much more relaxing. It automatically shuts off after about 10 minutes, but you easily turn it back on by pushing the power button on the control panel; it's no big deal.     • The controls don’t work properly
This seat cushion seems really good at first use. However the remote controller doesn’t turn the vibration off or even turn it down. So it’s on constantly. You can’t just use the heat and vice versa. Also it’s very very very loud. I wouldn’t recommend this seat cushion. It’s not made well at all.

    • Broke quickly
When it works, good product. But, when I plug it in to my car charger, it takes a good bit of force. I had it working for 20 minutes, turned off my car to go in the grocery store for 10 minutes, and when I got back it wasn’t working/needed to be unplugged and plugged back in. I fought with the plug for 2-3 minutes and it broke into pieces. I know the problem didn’t stem from the car, because my other plug ins for chargers and things worked fine. ... show more

While it worked perfectly, I wasn’t happy with the placement of the massage balls. They landed mid-thigh for me, which would prove to be annoying.

Used it fairly frequently for the month I had it until the product ceased to turn on again. Maybe i should have gone with the newer model
