I use this in my car seat, it takes about 12 minutes for me to get to the office so this is a great massager to start the day. The vibration is can be quite strong on the highest setting if you wish. You can also turn on each individual location that you want to be massaged. And don't forget the heating, it gets warm! Perfect for the winter months. However one thing that really sets it apart is the air bladder, I love the lumbar support that it provides. One last thing is the fabric texture, it adds an elegant look to the cabin. I'm not sure if this is really supposed to be used when driving or not, but that is what I bought it for and it works great!! I have to drive 1.5 hours each way once a week for a new contract and with this massager, I don't get tired or fidgety. Works...helps with pain while driving *will not stay on. turns on for seconds only now, just 5 months into usage. I have bought massage cushions for my car for about 30 years and this one lastest the shortest amount of time of any of them. VERY disappointed.

The vibration and heat modes work well but two negatives: Two vibrator balls are under your backside and sitting on them starts getting painfull in short time also the straps that come attached to the cushion aren’t long enough to go around the car seat back much less my easy chair at home.
