We love our new icecream machine! We make our own homemade icecream recipe using milk, eggs, flavoring and sweetener and it works great. I've seen some of the reviews say to only use a powder mix but it hasn't been a problem. We have had several family members ask how the icecream gets so creamy and fluffy so the puffing rod must be doing what it says. SO easy to use, icecream is ready so quickly! Pretty easy to clean. The GSEICE Commercial Soft Serve ice cream machine is absolutely wonderful. It works like a charm, makes perfect fluffy soft serve ice cream. We have it in the employee lounge for the staff to enjoy. About 170 employees have been using it daily, making about 6 gallons of mix a day, and it’s been working perfectly. We’ve had fun trying different flavors. It’s quit and easy to clean. I also used it for the Mayor of San Francisco’s birthday party, and the guests absolutely loved it… we made her favorite strawberry! This is a must have machine for any business or just a big household that loves ice cream. We might buy a slushy machine from GSEICE in the future too! ... show more

10/17/23: For a machine that is still under its one-year warranty, I am quite disappointed that the company honored none of it. They wanted to charge me $60 to replace three disintegrated feet holding the machine up, so I instead ordered replacement rubber feet. During installation, I found that oil, most likely compressor oil, had sprayed all over the interior of the machine. I don't know if this happened while I used it or if it was done at the factory, but I found no leaks when I ran the machine myself. This oil disintegrated the feet for the machine and on the interior the main base that supports the bottom fans for the machine, as well as the casing and attachments for the fans. The fans are no longer supported on the machine and flop around while running. Some of the damage, as well as the oil that was still dripping through the machine are in the attached pictures circled in red. The company has given me the runaround, plays the language barrier game, and refuses to answer my emails now inquiring what they plan to do to fix it under warranty. Why should I be surprised. In short, this experience/product wasn't worth it for me in the end, obviously. 9/8/2023: I've had this machine for maybe eight months now, and it still does an awesome job. Unfortunately, the feet that it stands on disintegrated and I know under stays up. Trying to contact the company now... Yes, the directions leave much to be desired, but that’s what YouTube is for. I always expect problems, putting together and using something like this at the beginning, but to my surprise, everything worked perfectly, and it was quite simple to set up. Highly recommended! I have tried other units and was very disappointed. I recieved one unit that had a drip at the front gasket. Customer service replaced the machine immediately. Seemed silly to me to replace a whole unit when all they needed was to send a new front handle/gasket. But oh well.....I am much happier with the new unit anyway. I have read that you can go to the manufacturer website and they have replacement parts but we had a party coming up so I did not even try that option. The unit itself - This unit starts making soft serve in just a few minutes within 5 minutes you can start serving and by 8 it is perfect. It is easy to clean and the override button really helps keep the mixing chamber from freezing up. It is easy to adjust the settings and the ice cream comes out perfect every time. I have used 3 different types of soft serve mix so far and all of them have worked with no issues. Cleaning cycle does require a large container to catch all of the flush water but overall it only takes about 10 minutes to do a thorough cleaning cycle. It ships in a very heavy (150#) wood mini pallet crate. You will need some tools and muscle to open it. (screwdriver/pliers something to lift the metal tabs). My only complaint is that when the holding tank (hopper) is empty all of the ice cream in the mixing area is stuck in there. So there is quite a bit of waste from that. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Awesome machine and awesome customer service too. The machine is easy to use and a snap to clean up (Avery easy). It takes only a few minutes from start to finish, to make the ice cream from the mix and having a finished yummy ice cream cone. When I make my mix, I use the powder mix, milk and cream (normally nastle sweet Italian cream as this adds a smooth sweet taste to the ice cream and the kids love it). In addition, I contacted customer support and they were very kind and nice and I was able to purchase extra spare parts (o-rings, blades, washers). I just wanted to be safe and have a few extra spares, however the machine did come with spares parts. ... show more

This machine works very well and does what it's supposed to do. I use it for an event and was able to sell just around 150 ice creams in one afternoon. The machine came well package and is on the heavier side , so if you're going to be using this for mobile functions please take the weight into consideration. Clean up takes some time and having the machine running for 24 hours may not be the best idea as it sometimes shut down with an error code code . Which could result in your mix spoiling if you're not paying attention. ... show more
