I was using a CPAP machine that caused me to have dry mouth and then humming in my ears. Plus, I had a pinched nerve stemming from my C4 cervical vertebrae causing numbness down my right arm and hand. I sell on my pillow for a month now and my numbness has disappeared and I no longer use the CPAP. My husband said that I sleep so peaceful and don’t snore now! I love sleeping on my stomach, but because of the CPAP I started sleeping on my side and back. So I love that this pillow accommodates all sleep positions. I ordered a queen size and it’s as small as a standard size pillow. If the size is important to you keep that in mind when considering and or ordering this one. It seems like it would be great but it’s too small for me and what I knew I needed.
