At its center is the nicely appointed electric firebox featuring a molded log set and ember bed. With the simple press of a button, the LED light projections take center stage as they create the look of a gently burning wood fire. Settle in for a relaxed evening with the soothing ambiance created by this life-like firebox. Depending on your needs, you'll be able to activate the integrated infrared heater with the simple press of a button. This two stage heater has a low or high setting as well as thermostat controls which allow you to adjust the heat output to your specific needs. You'll be able to fill spaces up to 1,000 Sq. Ft with supplemental warmth. Alternatively, the heater can be turned off during the warmer months so you'll be able to enjoy the calming effects of the dancing flames year-round. Like anyone, I am reserved with buying large ticket items sight unseen. We absolutely LOVE this fireplace. When we built our home we were not willing to spend 20k for a gas and stone mason fireplace. This fit for our budget better and we are so happy we chose this option instead. There is nothing cheap looking about it and it's very rich looking. We use it for supplemental heat for our house. We have a open concept home with a vaulted ceiling. We like to keep our home cool so we can sleep at night. When we are sitting in the living room we turn the heat on the fireplace which is just perfect. We love the fireplace ambiance also. The stone and wood color matches our decore perfectly. The stone is stone and not plastic, very realistic. This fireplace is our tv stand and holds our 58" tv perfectly. You could go even bigger with the tv if you wanted to. We figured out our power bill and it costs $1 per day to run this unit. Again, we usually run it at night when we sit in our living room. We love this unit for supplemental heat and is actually more economic to run than our natural gas furnace. I highly recommend this unit. The price is actually $350 lower now than it was when we purchased last year. This unit is still working like it did when we bought it and it's used daily in the cold season. If your on the fence, I can assure you that you will love this unit. Also we have contractor friends that come to our home and think this fireplace was built into our home. It came damaged so we refused delivery. It was just what we were looking for but dissatisfied with the quality esp with the price of it. The bottom of the fireplace is made of cardboard and it couldn’t handle the weight of the fireplace. It was crumbled. Very poor workmanship!

We loved this fireplace for the first winter. Then the next winter came, and we could not get any heat from the fireplace. We are currently attempting to have it fixed.

Bought this fireplace had it 2 weeks, this morning it caught on fire and blazes was coming out of the front where the heater vent is and smoke in the back. Thankful someone was home to put it out.. kicker is the heat wasn’t even on, just the flames to look pretty.. I could have lost my house because of this piece of junk. Have called and called can’t get ahold of anyone nor has anyone called me back … my opinion very very unsafe. ... show more

This is a great alternative to installing a gas or wood fireplace. It will never replace a crackling fireplace but works really well. Arrives completely assembled just plug it in. The color is not as appears on picture. Doesn’t look right in our room. Very disappointed. Tried to reach seller to exchange for different model. Have not heard back yet.
