My husband picked this out. He was very happy with one that had straps that hung over the shoulders but he wore it out. Guess he thought this one would last longer. Unfortunately it wasn't flexible enough and could not reach the lower part of his back to do him any good. I am very happy with this back and shoulder massager. It is nice that I can put it where I need it whether it be for my neck, or to massage between my shoulder blades. I have used it, choosing either side to be at the top for where I want to target. I highly recommend this product.
