I knew looking at this it would not be semi or any blackout. But the design is what my daughter loved. It looks amazing in her room and is long enough to go from a bit above her window all the way to the floor. She is in love with the curtain! It is a thicker curtain and one of the flinsy rods would not hold it, we have a wooden one. As for semi blackout- nope. If you are looking at this and think it is, maybe check the coloring. It ain't very sheer because again, thicker curtain. But it's not really a black out either because of the coloring. When that sun comes up, you will know it. But again, she loves it because of the design. We like it because it is a thicker one and the cats can't destroy it, haha ... show more

Yay, cute curtains! Love the fun little pom-poms and boho design. I'm only giving them four stars, because they don't have the second rod pocket to give a ruffle at the top. The material is high quality with a decent weight to it, but not blackout.
