This product is so easy to use!!! Its light weight durable, compact and unfold lock and your done. Just that simple. Put it up to test and our dog bear loves it. After researching a lot of travel crates for my German shepherd puppy, I thought this one would be a solid choice. It seemed sturdy and had good reviews, and I thought for the price I would receive quality. From the minute I got it it’s been nothing but a pain. I first ordered a large due to it recommending that size for German shepherds and boxers. My puppy is 8 mo and the cage was too small. She’s only 45lbs and it’s supposed to accommodate up to 80lbs, but it was so tight for her (not being able to stand up properly, hunching, etc) that I felt guilty for leaving her in there and took it out. Started the return process and ordered the XL. She tore through the mesh door in less that an hour. $129 to last an hour. At first I was impressed because it seems sturdy and comfortable, and was easy to carry. I thought it was high quality and maybe they just recommended wrong so I gave them another chance for the larger one to last less than an hour. Not worth the money. ... show more

We left our 3 month old puppy alone for two hours in this crate, and came home to her loose in the house. I thought maybe I didn't zip it all the way and she snuck her nose through the opening, but apparently not.

Easy to set up. Would be better if the bottom bars had latches to hold them in place. The kennel I got has 2 holes on top and 2 big ones near the bottom…. Either I got a defective one or this product is not made well. There are also some strings hanging by the zippers that might end up messing up the zippers. Overall, the kennel is how described except with holes and ripping seams :/ hopefully the seller can do something about this and I can do an updated review. Got a replacement kennel that was in good condition, did end up going with a different option. Seller did reach out & make it right! ... show more
