I ordered four of these for Christmas gifts and as soon as I got them and checked one out and I hade to order one for myself. Everyone that received one loves them and have had no issues with them. Here in Michigan we have got quite a bit of snow since December This snow broom made short work out of cleaning off my SUV from The 11 inch snow fall we received. I figured if anything was gonna break on it it would have broke pushing and pulling that amount of snow that was piled on my SUV It works perfectly and because of the wide broom and squeegee it made the job faster than what I had been using. When you turn the broom parallel to the handle it makes it easy to clean around your heater vent intake and your windshield wipers. I never buy a snow removal tool like this without a squeegee on it , sometimes you can clean your window off so well you don't even need your windshield wipers using the squeegee. I am 68 so I have had many, many of these snow ice removal tools in my life and so far this is the best one I have had Versatile , adjustable , strong . The media could not be loaded. Okay so this is my first snow brush and scraper of my own. It works and is incredible, out of package everything is neat and fits perfect inside the bag they give you. Alongside that, I was able to use it while it was snowing without gloves and it does not sustain the cold at all, it’s not like a metal pole. It is a bit on the heavier side especially when reaching far, but it is sturdy, it will not bend if u hold it by the end rod. It’s really easy to assemble, I mean it’s some kindergarten clicking in place easy, but again it’s really firm. The cool thing for me was being able to put it together and use certain things, maybe there’s not ice yet, so u really only need the brush, and maybe you don’t need to reach too far, so u can keep the other parts in the bag. The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because I don’t know how it’ll last in the future. The brush has many strong bristles which don’t seem like they’ll come out or bend, seems like a type of hard plastic or some type of alloy so it doesn’t seem like it’ll break easy but you never know. Nicest brush I have ever used and very sturdy and comfortable I just wish I would have bought the longer one because of my truck because I have had back surgery and neck surgeries due to a car accident that was not my fault but it's my fault for not ordering the longer one but nothing bad to say about this snow brush. Awesome product and a great price I highly recommend buying and I have told several friends after they've seen mine and they like it ... show more

This is a pretty great product and the company has great service. When I received the scraper brush, I noticed that a small piece was broken off on the squeegee housing. Luckily, the company policy states that they will replace anything broken swiftly. I reached out to the company and received a response within the evening and set the replacement process in motion. When I took it out of bag, silver piece landed on floor. Did not think anything of it until I put it together and it is a spring to help take apart. So can not make it go back to size that it will fit into bag. Bummer

I just received the snow brush and as much as I hate removing snow on my car I am looking forward to the first accumulation. The product comes in 3 conveniently sized pieces that can be stored easily in the bag. It offers a nice long ice scraper side also if you don't need the brush. The brush is large and can be angled to provide a better angle to clear the snow. The other side of the brush is a squeegee to use when the windows are just wet which is very handy. ... show more

I moved from Michigan and bought this right away knowing how important they are. The problem is I live in Florida now, and have yet to see anything other than a light morning frost. So, I have still yet to use this even once. It's a wonderful "problem" to have.
