I’ve been taking these vitamins for almost three months. I definitely feel like they’re working and I’m seeing new hair growth, which I can only attribute to these vitamins. I’m not sure why, but I suddenly started losing gobs of hair in the shower and anytime I brushed my hair. Also my nails have made a comeback! I’ve always had strong healthy nails but for some reason they became brittle, weak, and paper thin. I’m not sure why but they’ve really grown back nice. Almost back to how they used to be. I’m very happy with the results and will continue to take these vitamins. The only drawback is the taste (and why I took one star away). They taste awful. Like most vitamins, I think. I’ve tried many different ways to get past the taste (and smell). I found the best way is to take all four at once and hold my breath and to eat something directly after taking them. I am getting this product to try to help my hair feels stronger. So far haven't seen much difference in my hair. Definitely helps my nail growth. My nails will grow pretty quickly and look great! Would still recommend this product just wish I could see more results for the hair.
